1. Service Description

Virtual Queue is operated by Cooperativa de trabajo ANIMUS Ltda., CUIT 30-71649885-5, located at Brazo Tristeza 13733, San Carlos de Bariloche, Rio Negro. The service exclusively manages virtual queues for purchasing event tickets, products, and online services. 1.1 Service Usage: • Virtual Queue organizes users by arrival order and redirects them to the corresponding purchase website • Virtual Queue charges no fees to users 1.2 Service Completion: Once users are redirected to the purchase site, Virtual Queue's responsibility ends.

2. Responsibilities and Limitations

2.1 Virtual Queue's Responsibility: • The company does not guarantee real-time availability information regarding tickets, products, queue position, or remaining time — the selling company bears this responsibility • Virtual Queue does not warrant error-free service or guarantee against interruptions during high-demand periods 2.2 Exclusions of Liability: Virtual Queue is not responsible for: • User-activated antispam blocks • Failures occurring after purchase site redirection • Stock shortages, payment errors, overselling, or purchase site system collapse • Changes to purchase conditions by the selling company 2.3 Claims Process: Each user receives an Identifier composed of numbers and letters (example: "4eed282d-9e56-4e7c-8951-1ca21613e6c4"). Claims require this session number; complaints without it will not be considered.

3. Service Usage Rules

3.1 Virtual Queue Access: For security purposes, one queue position per device is assigned. Users cannot access the same position from multiple devices. 3.2 Transfer Prohibition: Selling or transferring queue access links to others is strictly prohibited. 3.3 Fraudulent Use: Virtual Queue reserves the right to take legal action against users engaging in irregular or fraudulent activity.

4. Relationship with Selling Company

4.1 Selling Company's Responsibility: The company commercializing the product or entry bears sole responsibility for the sale and established conditions. Any returns or refunds remain exclusively the selling company's responsibility.

5. Legal Liability Limitations

5.1 Warranty Exclusions: Virtual Queue does not guarantee service will meet user expectations or remain error-free. 5.2 Indemnification: Users indemnify Virtual Queue against claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from service use, except in cases of Virtual Queue's gross negligence.

6. Legal Compliance

Users voluntarily provide data and consent under Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25.326. Virtual Queue may disclose information under court order or when required by applicable law.

7. Terms Modifications

Virtual Queue may modify these terms at any time. Changes are published on the website; continued service use implies acceptance of modifications.
