Terms and Conditions of the Virtual Queue Service

Welcome to Virtual Queue. By using our service, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern its use.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our service.
1. Service Description
The “Virtual Queue” service is provided by Cooperativa de trabajo ANIMUS Ltda., CUIT 30-71649885-5, with legal address at Brazo Tristeza 13733, San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina. This service is exclusively limited to managing the virtual queue for the purchase of tickets, products, and online services.
1.1. Use of the Service:

Virtual Queue organizes and manages users according to their arrival time and redirects them to the corresponding purchase website.

Virtual Queue does not charge the user for the use of this service.
1.2. Completion of the Service:

Once the user is redirected to the purchase website, the Virtual Queue service is considered completed. From that point on, Virtual Queue is not responsible for the user’s experience or the outcomes on the purchase site.
2. Responsibilities and Service Limitations
2.1. Responsibility of Virtual Queue:

Virtual Queue is not responsible for the lack of real-time information about ticket or product availability, queue position, and/or estimated waiting time. This information is the sole responsibility of the selling company.

Virtual Queue does not guarantee an error-free or uninterrupted service, especially during peak demand periods.
2.2. Exclusions of Liability:
Virtual Queue is not responsible for:

Blocking caused by spam protection mechanisms enabled by the user.

Errors or failures occurring after the user is redirected to the purchase site.

Issues related to lack of stock, payment errors, overselling, or system crashes on the purchase website.

Changes in purchasing conditions made by the selling company.
2.3. Claims:
Each user receives an identifier consisting of letters and numbers (e.g., “4eed282d-9e56-4e7c-8951-1ca21613e6c4”). If the user encounters issues or wishes to make a claim, they must provide this identifier. Important: Claims without this session number will not be considered.
3. Rules for Service Use
3.1. Access to the Virtual Queue:

For security reasons, Virtual Queue assigns a queue position per device used. Accessing the same position from another device is not allowed.
3.2. Transfer Prohibition:

It is strictly forbidden to sell or transfer access links to a queue position to another user.
3.3. Fraudulent Use:

Virtual Queue reserves the right to take legal action against users who use the service irregularly or fraudulently.
4. Relationship with the Selling Company
4.1. Responsibility of the Selling Company:

The company responsible for selling the product or ticket is solely liable for the sale and its associated conditions.

Any returns and/or refunds are the exclusive responsibility of that company.
5. Legal Liability Limitations
5.1. Disclaimer of Warranties:

Virtual Queue does not guarantee that the service will meet all user expectations or that it will be free from errors, interruptions, or failures.
5.2. Indemnification:

The user agrees to indemnify and hold Virtual Queue harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of the service, except in cases of gross negligence on the part of Virtual Queue.
6. Legal Compliance
Users provide their data freely and voluntarily when using the Virtual Queue service and give the consent required by Argentina’s Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection for Virtual Queue to use it to provide the service. It is also stated that under compliance with that law, Virtual Queue may be exempt from confidentiality duties in case of a court order or any specific legal requirements. We commit to addressing any legal concerns and cooperating with the relevant authorities.
7. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
Virtual Queue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the Virtual Queue website, and users are encouraged to review them periodically. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.

By using Virtual Queue, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions are governed by Argentine law. Any disputes related to their application, interpretation, execution, or validity will be resolved by the competent national courts located in the city of San Carlos de Bariloche, Río Negro, Argentina, unless otherwise required by public law.
